The proofs for the book I have been illustrating and designing for the past year just came in. It is still a work in progress but I am so proud of how it turned out. Thoughtfully written by my friend, Gwen McCarthy, it goes beyond postures and takes the reader on a personal journey. This beautiful little book has taught me so much!
